3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
- Arrival delays may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment depending on availability.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods offered by our business. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only at management’s discretion, subject to the nature of the service or product purchased.

10. SMS Messaging Terms
1. Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
